Bill Parsons is currently the Non- Executive Director of ComAp. He also coaches CEO's via his own company Saarena Consulting Ltd. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President of ARM Holdings PLC for over 13 years, during which time the company was recognised as a world leader in HR and management practices. The business won numerous awards including Best UK Employer and European Company of the Year. During this time, ARM's revenues grew by 900%, the market capitalisation reached $20B and the workforce grew by over 600%. At the conference, Bill will introduce the management strategy which helps companies to grow into prosperous corporation, with two thousand employees while maintaining the human touch.
Before ARM, Bill was the HR Director of Saga Group, Hussmann Europe and Murex Biotech. In 2012, Bill became theVice President of the CIPD for Talent and Development. Bill has an MBA (with honours) from Warwick Business School, a BSc in Material Science from Bath and is a Steering Board member of the Cambridge Judge Business School's Centre for International HRM. He is a Fellow of the IET and a Fellow of the CIPD. He has been the director of many other companies including being the senior independent director of Andor PLC and Chairman of the Cambridge Network Ltd. He co-founded the Learning Collaboration, Cambridge Leadership Academy and Cambridge Business Lectures.
